地黄脱毒技术研究进展OACSTPCD

Research Progress of Dihuang(Rehmannia Radix)Detoxification Technology

长期的无性繁殖,使地黄遭受病毒侵染而产生病毒病,导致药材产量和品质降低,严重影响地黄的临床疗效和经济效益.目前尚无有效特效药能治疗病毒病,对地黄病毒病的防控研究目前主要集中在脱毒种苗的培育上,脱毒苗在农艺性状、生理特性、抗病性、产量及品质等方面与病毒苗相比具有明显优势.今后,可从地黄脱毒方法、地黄脱毒苗培养技术、基因型对植物脱毒和组织培养的影响、地黄人工种子的研制等方面更加深入地研究地黄脱毒技术.

Long-term asexual reproduction has made Dihuang(Rehmannia Radix)suffer from virus infection and disease,which re-sults in the reduction of medicinal yield and quality,seriously affecting the clinical efficacy and economic benefits of Dihuang(Rehman-nia Radix).With no effective specific drug for the treatment of viral diseases,research on the prevention and control of Dihuang(Reh-mannia Radix)virus disease is mainly focused on the cultivation of virus-free seedlings,which have obvious advantages over viral seedlings in agronomic traits,physiological characteristics,disease resistance,yield,and quality.In the future,the detoxification technol-ogy of Dihuang(Rehmannia Radix)can be further studied from the aspects of detoxification methods,culture technology of detoxified seedlings,influence of genotype on plant detoxification and tissue culture,as well as development of artificial seeds of Dihuang(Reh-mannia Radix).
