基于近红外光谱结合化学计量学的黄芪细粉质量控制方法研究OA

运用近红外光谱结合化学计量学,建立中药黄芪细粉的一致性测试模型,快速无损地对黄芪细粉质量进行有效控制.应用近红外积分球漫反射方式,基于一致性测试模型,对预处理后的黄芪、红芪细粉及其伪品的光谱指纹图谱进行鉴别,建立黄芪细粉的质量判别模型.结果显示,通过黄芪细粉一致性测试模型的建立与验证,能够对黄芪细粉与红芪、混伪品、劣质品等进行快速识别,建模光谱经矢量归一化预处理,光谱波段选取3 741.5~9 642.9 cm-1,模型判别正确率为100%.所建立的模型能够为难以从外观进行质量判别的黄芪细粉提供一种新的质量控制方法.

The objective was to evaluation the quality of Astragalus fine powder by near-infrared diffuse reflectance spectroscopy(NIRDRS)combined with chemometrics.The qualification test model was established to effectively control the quality for fine powder of Astragalus quickly and nondestructively.The near infrared original spectra of Astragalus fine powder were pre-processed and followed by qualification test model treatment.The results showed that perfect classification ratio of 100%was obtained for the vector normalization by near-infrared spectroscopy fingerprint information from 3 741.5-9 642.9 cm-1 based on qualification test model.The established model can provide a new reference for the quality control of Astragalus fine powder,which is difficult to distinguish the quality from appearance.
