内生枯草芽胞杆菌WZ10对马铃薯枯萎病防效及功能测定OA北大核心CSTPCD

Functional Verification of Endophytic Bacillus subtilis WZ10 and Its Control Efficacy on Potato Fusarium Wilt

为明确枯草芽胞杆菌 WZ10 的生物学功能及对马铃薯枯萎病的室内防治效果.本研究利用Salkowski's比色法和分光光度法、室内盆栽试验对菌株WZ10 促生能力进行测定;通过室内防病试验和生理生化测定分析菌株 WZ10 的防病效果;并利用透明圈法对其解磷、解钾能力进行测定.结果表明,枯草芽胞杆菌WZ10 具有产IAA和解无机磷能力,并对马铃薯植株的生长有明显的促生作用,与对照植株相比,接种菌株WZ10 后马铃薯植株的株高、根长和鲜重均显著增加,分别提高了 14.34%、19.75%和 77.07%,马铃薯植株的 PPO、POD、SOD 酶活性和可溶性蛋白含量显著升高.同时,菌株WZ10 对马铃薯枯萎病的室内防治效果达 80.65%,显著高于 30%甲霜·噁霉灵水剂处理.菌株WZ10 具有较强的促生能力,且对马铃薯枯萎病具有显著的防治效果,该研究可为后续菌株 WZ10 功能开发和枯萎病病害防治奠定基础.

To clarify the biological function of Bacillus subtilis WZ10 and its indoor control efficiency on potato Fusarium wilt,growth promoting ability of strain WZ10 was tested by Salkowski's colorimetric and spectrophotometry methods and pot experiment.Biocontrol effect was determined by pot experiment and physiology and biochemistry measure,and phosphorus and kalium degradation abilities were tested by transparent zone method.The preventive effect of strain WZ10 was analyzed by laboratory test and physiological and biochemical determination.The results showed that WZ10 could produce IAA and degrade inorganic phosphorus,and showed significant control efficiency on potato Fusarium wilt.Compared to the control,the plant height,root length and fresh weight of plants were significantly increased by 14.34%,19.75%and 77.07%,respectively and the activities of PPO,POD,SOD and soluble protein amount of plants were significantly increased after strain WZ10 inoculation.Meanwhile,the control efficacy of strain WZ10 on potato Fusarium wilt was 80.65%,significantly higher than that of 30%metriaxalin treatment.In this study,strain WZ10 had strong growth promotion ability and significant control effect on potato Fusarium wilt,which will lay a foundation for the subsequent functional development and potato Fusarium wilt control.
