目的 对皖产龙葵药材质量标准进行研究.方法 结合龙葵原植物的形态,对皖产龙葵药材性状进行描述;采用显微、薄层色谱法对皖产龙葵进行定性鉴别;依据《中华人民共和国药典》2020 年版四部通则方法对皖产龙葵水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分和浸出物进行测定.结果 皖产龙葵药材在性状、显微和薄层色谱鉴别方面均具有专属性特征;水分含量不超过 10.0%;总灰分含量不超过 11.0%;酸不溶性灰分含量不超过 4.0%;热浸法水溶性浸出物含量不少于 12.0%.结论 该方法简单、可行,重复性良好,可用于控制皖产药材龙葵的质量.
Objective To establish the quality standard of Solanum nigrum produced in Anhui Province.Methods Combined with the original plant morphology of Solanum nigrum,the characters of Solanum nigrum produced in Anhui Province were described.Microscopy and TLC were used to indentify the characteristics of Solanum nigrum produced in Anhui Province.According to the Chinese pharmacopeia(2020 edition,volume 4),moisture,the total ash,acid-insoluble ash and water-soluble extract were determined.Results Solanum nigrum produced in Anhui Province has specific characteristics in character,microscope and TLC identification.The contents of moisture,total ash and acid insoluble ash should be no more than 10.0%,11.0%and 4.0%respectively,and the water-soluble extract of hot leaching should be no less than 12.0%.Conclusion The method is simple,feasible,and can be used for the quality control of Solanum nigrum produced in Anhui Province.
