目的 探讨乳腺良性肿瘤切除术患者采用疼痛护理模式对其疼痛程度和生命质量的影响.方法 选取2021 年5 月至2022 年12 月高安市人民医院收治的68 例行乳腺良性肿瘤切除术治疗的患者作为研究对象,按护理方法不同分为对照组与观察组,每组 34 例.对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施疼痛护理模式,比较两组护理前后心理状态、疼痛程度、睡眠质量及生命质量.结果 护理后,观察组广泛性焦虑量表(GAD-7)、健康问卷抑郁量表(PHQ-9)评分低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、匹茨堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组生理状况、情感状况、社会/家庭状况、功能状况、附加关注评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 疼痛护理模式应用于乳腺良性肿瘤切除术中的护理效果较显著,能有效缓解不良情绪,减轻疼痛程度,改善患者的睡眠质量和生命质量.
Objective To explore the effect of pain nursing mode on pain degree and quality of life in patients with benign breast tumor resection.Methods Sixty-eight patients undergoing breast benign tumor resection treated in Gao'an People's Hospital from May 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received pain nursing mode on the basis of routine nursing.The psychological state,pain degree,sleep quality and life quality of the two groups were compared before and after nursing.Results After nursing,the scores of the General anxiety Scale(GAD-7)and health questionnaire Depression Scale(PHQ-9)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05);Visual analogue scale(VAS)scores and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores of observation group were lower than those of control group(P＜0.05).The physiological status,emotional status,social/family status,functional status and additional attention score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The nursing effect of pain nursing mode in benign breast tumor resection is significant,which can effectively relieve bad mood,reduce pain degree,and improve sleep quality and life quality of patients.
