大型储煤罐移动式卸料小车无人化操作改造OA

某发电厂 4 台卸料小车在远程操作移仓过程中,现场操作人员手动解锁锚定绳和频繁启闭中心落料斗盖板,存在较大的安全风险且移仓效率低下.为防止卸料小车运行过程中滑移和飞车、大车信号丢失、运煤带式输送机非停、盖板未及时关闭人员误踏入而引发人员坠落等不安全事件发生,避免操作人员接触粉尘,减少操作人员劳动强度,结合卸料小车结构和现状,文中对卸料小车锚定和落料管接口进行研究和设计.通过卸料小车无人化操作改造,引入电动锁气器、弹簧夹轨器、电动锚定和工业电视等装置,全面实现卸料小车全程自动化、智能化控制,改变人工操作落后状态,提高了移仓效率,杜绝小车滑移飞车现象和人员高处坠落的不安全事件的发生.

During the remote operation of four unloading trolleys in a power plant,the on-site operators manually unlock the anchor rope and frequently open and close the cover plate of the central hopper,which brings a great risk of potential safety hazards and low efficiency.To prevent unsafe events such as slipping and runaway during the operation of the unloading trolley,signal loss of the trolley,non-stop of the coal belt conveyor,and accidental stepping of the cover plate,to avoid the operator from contacting with dust and reduce the labor intensity of the operator,the anchoring and blanking pipe interface of the unloading trolley are studied and designed in combination with the structure and present situation of the unloading trolley.Through the transformation of unmanned operation of the unloading trolley,including the introduction of electric air lock,spring rail clamp,electric anchor and industrial TV,the whole process of automatic and intelligent control of the unloading trolley has been realized,the backward state of manual operation has been changed,the efficiency of warehouse moving has been improved,and unsafe incidents such as trolley sliding and runaway and people falling from high places has been prevented.
