散货码头带式输送机可切换式料斗改造和应用OA

传统料斗设计主要依赖设计人员的经验水平,设计结构存在较多不合理之处,容易出现落料管堵塞、输送带偏载跑偏、设备磨损严重以及粉尘污染等问题.通过使用EDEM仿真技术可以模拟分析出物料在落料管内的运动轨迹、速度及磨损情况,进而为优化设计落料管的结构提供了数据依据,有效地缓解或避免传统转运站的常见问题.文中结合带式输送机BC2A至BC3A所在转运站的现状,根据行业经验及工作总结,创新设计出适用于该转运站工矿的曲线料斗.通过EDEM仿真技术对现有的转运站结构进行优化设计,与传统转运站料斗设计在磨损、输送带跑偏、挂料及扬尘方面对比分析,验证了优化方案的可行性与先进性.

The design of traditional hoppers mainly relies on the experience of designers,so there are many unreasonable aspects in the design structure,which may easily lead to problems such as blanking pipe blockage,belt deviation due to unbalanced load,serious equipment wear,dust pollution etc.EDEM simulation technology can simulate the trajectory,speed and wear of materials in the blanking pipe,which can provide data basis for the structural optimization design of the blanking pipe and effectively mitigate or avoid the common problems occurred in traditional transfer stations.In this paper,the transfer status of a belt conveyor from BC2A to BC3A is analyzed,and according to the industry experience and work summary,a curved hopper suitable for the transfer station was innovatively designed.By comparing the simulation technology with the performance of traditional transfer station hopper in wear,belt deviation,hanging material and dust,the feasibility and advancement of the optimized scheme were verified.
