基于模型更新的在线有限元起重机监测平台OA

为解决施工过程中起重机的实时力学性能、安全预警评估和受力状态可视化研究的缺失问题,文中提出了一种新的基于结构模型更新的在线有限元起重机监测平台.该平台依托龙门起重机和塔式起重机,采用基于物联网的安全状态监测和有限元模型更新计算相结合的方法,实现了龙门起重机应力云图随吊重和小车位置的实时变化以及塔式起重机高度和吊臂转角驱动有限元模型的更新并计算.其中,有限元计算结果可视化采用基于WebGL的三维引擎Three.js,通过该引擎实现实时理论应力云图展示,可以更直观地展示理论值.该平台的有限元计算精度高且速度快,安全状态报警反应迅速,试运行效果良好,可广泛应用于起重机监测平台.

Considering the lack of researches on real-time mechanical properties,safety early warning evaluation and stress state visualization of cranes during construction,a new online finite element crane monitoring platform based on structural model updating is proposed in this paper.Relying on the gantry crane and tower crane,the platform adopts the method of combining the safety state monitoring based on the Internet of Things with the finite element model updating calculation,and realizes the real-time change of the stress nephogram of the gantry crane with the lifting weight and the position of the trolley,as well as the updating and calculation of the finite element model driven by the height and boom angle of the tower crane.Among them,the 3D engine Three.js based on WebGL is used to visualize the finite element calculation results,and the real-time theoretical stress nephogram can be displayed by this engine,which can display the theoretical values more intuitively.The platform has the advantages of high precision and speed of finite element calculation,rapid response of safety alarm and good trial operation effect,and can be widely used in crane monitoring platform.
