考虑服役应力谱的桥式起重机疲劳寿命分析OA

疲劳失效为桥式起重机主要失效原因,科学有效地分析桥式起重机疲劳寿命是工业生产中的安全保障.文中以15t方坯桥式起重机为分析对象,对裂损部位的应力时间历程进行了测试,根据实测信号编制了服役应力谱,基于服役应力谱对起重机金属结构进行了疲劳寿命仿真,结果表明,舱门拐角处为疲劳薄弱部位.最后提出了整改方案,进一步仿真和后期实施验证了整改方案的合理性和有效性.

Fatigue failure is the main failure reason of bridge crane,and scientific and effective analysis of fatigue life of bridge crane is the safety guarantee in industrial production.In this paper,a 15 t square billet bridge crane is taken as the analysis object,the stress time history of the cracked part was tested,the service stress spectrum was drawn according to the measured signal,and the fatigue life of the crane metal structure was simulated based on the service stress spectrum.The results show that the corner of the hatch is a vulnerable part.Finally,a rectification plan was put forward,and the rationality and effectiveness of the rectification plan were verified by further simulation and later application.
