基于能量流方法的纯电动汽车低温续驶里程提升研究OACSTPCD

Research on Improving the Low-Temperature Driving Range of Pure Electric Vehicles Based on the Energy Flow Method

以某带热泵系统的微小型纯电动乘用车为对象,开展低温CLTC-P循环工况下的续驶里程测试,通过综合研究测试数据并分解整车能量流,探讨提升续驶里程的潜在方向.基于AMESim平台建立包含热管理系统的整车动力经济性模型,经校准后仿真对比不同优化方案,制定组合优化方案.试验验证结果显示,组合优化方案可将低温续驶里程提升12.6%,其中热管理系统优化方案的贡献显著优于整车阻力优化方案和控制策略优化方案.为提升纯电动乘用车低温环境下的续驶里程提供参考思路和方法.

This study focuses on a small-sized electric passenger vehicle equipped with a heat pump system,conducting a driving range test under low-temperature CLTC-P cycle conditions.By comprehensively examining the test data and analyzing the vehicle's energy flow,potential avenues for improving the driving range are explored.A comprehensive model of vehicle dynamics and economics,including the thermal management system,is established on the Amesim platform.After calibration,different optimization schemes are simulated and compared to develop a combined optimization scheme.Experimental results show that the combined optimization scheme can improve the low-temperature driving range by 12.6%.Among them,the contribution of the thermal management system optimization scheme significantly surpasses that of the vehicle resistance optimization scheme and the control strategy optimization scheme.This study provides reference ideas and methods for improving the driving range of pure electric passenger vehicles under low-temperature environments.
