目前,我国砌体结构房屋在既有房屋中占有很大比重,砌体结构在正常服役期间很容易产生各种裂缝.文章结合工程实例,通过现场材料强度检测、截面尺寸、裂缝分布特点、结构体系核查,并依据相关规范、规程及标准,对结构承载能力和抗震性能进行了综合安全性鉴定评级,综合分析结构出现裂缝的原因,为同类工程检测鉴定及裂缝鉴别提供参考.
At present,China's masonry structure houses occupy a large proportion of the existing houses,and masonry structures are prone to various cracks during normal service.Combined with engineering examples,this paper conducts a comprehensive safety appraisal rating of the bearing capacity and seismic performance of the structure through on-site material strength testing,cross-sectional dimensions,crack distribution characteristics,and structural system verification according to relevant codes,procedures and standards,and comprehensively analyzes the causes for cracks in the structure.It provides a reference for the detection and identification of similar projects and the identification of cracks.
