复掺再生微粉新拌浆体流变性能研究OA

Study on the Rheological Properties of Newly Mixed Slurry with Composite Recycled Micropowder

文章通过对复掺再生微粉新拌浆体进行流变测试,深入研究了矿物掺合料种类及掺量对复掺再生微粉胶凝体系流变特性的影响.实验结果表明:复掺再生微粉浆体 30 min的经时流动度下降幅度并未出现明显增大.复掺再生微粉浆体的流变模型与Herschel-Bulkley模型更为接近,在复掺再生微粉中增加粉煤灰的掺量,能够增加浆体的流动度.

By conducting rheological tests on the newly mixed slurry of composite recycled micro powder,the influence of mineral admixtures and their amounts on the rheological properties of the composite recycled micro powder cementitious system is thoroughly studied.The experimental results indicate that there is no significant increase in the decrease in flowability of the recycled micro powder slurry after 30 minutes of mixing.The rheological model of the composite recycled micro powder slurry is closer to the Herschel Bulkley model.Increasing the amount of fly ash in the composite recycled micro powder can increase the fluidity of the slurry.
