产业转型升级背景下既有工业建筑"工改工"设计研究OA

As the country accelerates the industrial transformation and upgrading,new industries are becoming the core of economic development,and the renewal mode of transforming idle and abandoned existing industrial buildings in cities into carriers of new industries through"industrial areas reformation"has come into being.At the same time,the rapid development of new industries,the guiding requirements of the policy of"industrial areas reformation"and the development mode of urban renewal have put forward new requirements for the design of"industrial areas reformation"of the existing industrial buildings.This paper sorts out the policies related to"industrial areas reformation"in different places,analyzes the current development trend of"industrial areas reformation"of the existing industrial buildings,combs the design elements of"industrial areas reformation"of the existing industrial buildings,and then proposes corresponding design strategies.It aims to improve the quality and efficiency of the existing industrial buildings and to better meet the needs of new industries for spatial carriers.
