建成环境对居住区型地铁站域活力影响研究OA

Research on the Influence of Built Environment on the Vitality of Residential Subway Stations

居住区型地铁站是人群与空间交互的重要节点,站域更新对提升城市活力、满足人民需求有重要作用和意义.文章选取大连市主城区 11 座居住区型地铁站域,通过百度热力图提取活力的工作日与休息日数值并排序.通过研究点线面建成环境要素发现路网密度有助于增强活力,而拓扑形式对活力有所制约,1 000 m分析半径下整合度关联程度最高;商业服务设施密度集中布局、公共空间环境品质及开敞度对空间活力有促进作用.最后提出居住区型地铁站域建成环境发展策略,为站域更新规划提供参考.

Residential subway stations are important nodes between people and space.Its renewal plays an important role on enhancing urban vitality and meeting people's needs.In the paper,11 residential subway stations in Dalian are taken as examples.The vitality of working days and rest days are taken through Baidu heat map,then measured and ranked.By studying the elements of point,linear and surface built environment,it is found that the density of road network can enhance the vitality,which is restricted by the topology.The analysis radius of 1000m has the highest correlation with vitality.The concentrated layout of the commercial service facilities,and the environmental quality and openness of the public space can promote the spatial vitality.Finally,this paper provides the development strategies for the built environment of residential subway stations,and provides a reference for the renewal planning of the stations.
