公共政策视角下新南威尔士州保护管理档案制度研究OA

The conservation of China's urban and rural historical and cultural heritage is moving towards a new period of urban heritage conservation,and the national level has repeatedly emphasized strengthening the top-level design of the policy system.It is urgent for both the state and the local to build and improve the policy system under the new requirements of holistic and active conservation.Cultural heritage is a non-renewable public resource,and conserved as a public interest.This paper understands the heritage conservation policy from the perspective of the public,systemic and dynamic nature of public policy,and analyzes the core idea,policy system and system contents of the conservation management documents system in New South Wales,Australia through the study on its core system of environmental heritage conservation regulation and development management to provide important reference for the urban heritage conservation policy in China.
