活性内生细菌对PEG-6000胁迫下小麦生理指标的影响OA

Effects of Active Endophytic Bacteria on Physiological Indexes of Wheat Seedlings Under PEG-6000 Stress

试验以济麦 22 号小麦为试验材料,在水培条件下模拟干旱胁迫(20%PEG-6000),并在胁迫培养过程中分别接入 4 株无花果活性内生细菌(Bacillus subtilis strain 3251、Bacillus velezensis strain 3252、Bacillus WHG5181、Bacillus WHG5182),通过测定小麦株高、根系活力和脯氨酸含量,分析 4 株无花果活性内生细菌对干旱胁迫下小麦幼苗生理特性的影响.结果表明:4 株无花果活性内生细菌对缓解小麦幼苗干旱胁迫有一定作用,20%PEG-6000+活性内生细菌处理小麦株高高于空白对照和 20%PEG-6000 处理;在胁迫培养 7、14、21 d时,20%PEG-6000+Bacillus WHG5182 处理小麦根系活力均高于 20%PEG-6000 处理,根系TTC还原强度增幅分别为 70.78%、4.80%和 12.67%;在胁迫培养 14d时,20%PEG-6000+Bacillus WHG5182 处理小麦叶片中脯氨酸含量较 20%PEG-6000 处理高 91.96%.说明活性内生细菌Bacillus WHG5182 可以在一定时期内有效缓解干旱胁迫对小麦生长的影响.

The experiment used Jimai 22 wheat as the experimental material and simulated drought stress(20%PEG-6000)under hydroponic conditions.During the stress cultivation process,four strains of fig active endophytic bacteria(Bacillus subtilis strain 3251,Bacillus velezensis strain 3252,Bacillus WHG5181,Bacillus WHG5182)were introduced,and the effects of four active endophytic bacteria on the physiological characteristics of wheat seedlings under drought stress were analyzed by measuring the plant height,root activity and proline content of wheat.The results showed that four strains of fig active endophytic bacteria had a certain effect on alleviating drought stress of wheat seedlings.The plant height of wheat treated with 20%PEG-6000+active endophytic bacteria was higher than that of the blank control and 20%PEG-6000 treatment.On the 7th-21th day of stress cultivation,the root activity of wheat treated with 20%PEG-6000+Bacillus WHG5182 was higher than that of wheat treated with the 20%PEG-6000,and the increase of root TTC reduction intensity was 70.78%,4.80%and 12.67%,respectively.On the 14th day of stress culture,the proline content in the leaves of wheat treated with 20%PEG-6000+Bacillus WHG5182 was 91.96%higher than that of wheat treated with the 20%PEG-6000.It indicates that the active endophytic bacterium Bacillus WHG5182 can effectively alleviate the impact of drought stress on wheat growth in a certain period of time.
