产教融合背景下"双师型"教师培养内因、困境与策略OACHSSCD

Training of"Double-qualified"Teachers in the Context of Industry-education Integration:Internal Causes,Dilemmas and Strategies

产教融合、校企合作为国内高校"双师型"教师培养提供了广大舞台,为推动"双师型"教师队伍良性发展,通过分析产教融合与高校"双师型"教师培养二者之间存在的内在联系以及相关需求,明确产教融合背景下"双师型"教师培养的必要性,但同时存在顶层架构设计与政策落实脱节、企业参与度低以及"双师型"教师认定标准不统一等诸多问题,成为"双师型"教师培养的现实困境.通过完善顶层架构设计与实施政策、协同推进产教融合共同体"实体化"建设等策略,全面系统地建立"双师型"教师培养体系.

Integration of industry and education and cooperation between schools and enterprises provide a broad stage for the training of"double-qualified"teachers in colleges and universities in China.In order to promote the healthy development of"double-qualified"teachers,the necessity of training"double-qualified"teachers in the context of industry-education integration is clarified by the analysis of the internal connection between the two and the relevant needs.But at the same time,there are many problems such as disconnection of top-level design from policy implementation,low partici-pation of enterprises,and non-uniform identification standards for"double-qualified"teachers,all of which have caused the realistic dilemma in training"double-qualified"teachers.By improving the top-level design and implementation policies,and synergetically promoting the"materialization"construc-tion of the industry-education integration community,the"double-qualified"teacher training system can be comprehensively and systematically estab-lished.
