目的 探讨自体角膜缘干细胞移植术对翼状胬肉患者术后创面愈合及预后的影响.方法 将72例翼状胬肉患者随机分为两组,均采用翼状胬肉切除术治疗.对照组采用羊膜移植术治疗,观察组采用自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗.比较两组的治疗效果、创面愈合时间、视力水平、不良事件发生率与复发率.结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,创面愈合时间短于对照组,治疗后3个月的不良事件发生率和复发率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉的效果较好,可缩短患者愈合时间,改善其视力水平,且安全性较高,复发风险较低.
Objective To explore the impact of autologous limbal stem cell transplantation on postoperative wound healing and prognosis in patients with pterygium.Methods 72 patients with pterygium were randomly divided into two groups,and treated with pterygium excision.The control group was treated with amniotic membrane transplantation,and the observation group was treated with autologous corneal limbal stem cell transplantation.The treatment effect,wound healing time,visual acuity level,incidence of adverse events and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the wound healing time was shorter than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse events and recurrence rate at 3 months after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Autologous limbal stem cell transplantation has better effect in the treatment of pterygium,which can shorten the wound healing time of patients,and improve the visual acuity level,with higher safety and lower risk of recurrence.
