目的 探讨中医推拿对神经根型颈椎病患者颈椎功能及睡眠质量的影响.方法 选取2021年1月至2022年12月我院收治的神经根型颈椎病患者100例,随机分为两组各50例.对照组实施常规康复治疗,观察组在对照组基础上实施中医推拿治疗,对比两组患者的颈椎活动度、生活质量及睡眠质量.结果 治疗后,观察组颈椎伸展度、旋转度及屈曲度均高于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,睡眠质量评分低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 在常规康复治疗基础上实施中医推拿可改善神经根型颈椎病患者颈椎活动情况,提高睡眠质量与生活质量,值得推广.
Objective To explore the impact of traditional Chinese medicine massage on cervical function and sleep quality in patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.Methods 100 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation treatment,while the observation group received traditional Chinese massage on the basis of the control group.The cervical mobility,quality of life,and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the cervical extension,rotation,and flexion of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group,and the sleep quality score was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine massage on the basis of routine rehabilitation treatment can improve the cervical mobility,sleep quality,and quality of life of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,which is worthy of promotion.
