卵巢癌患者血清CA125、CA199、CA153表达情况及与临床病理特征的关系OA

Objective To explore the expressions of serum carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199)and carbohydrate antigen 153(CA153)in ovarian cancer patients and the correlation with clinical pathological features.Methods 70 ovarian cancer patients admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the ovarian cancer group,and 70 benign ovarian disease patients at the same period were selected as the control group.The serum CA125,CA199 and CA153 levels were between the two groups,and the serum CA125,CA199 and CA153 levels of ovarian cancer patients with different clinical pathological features were compared.Results The serum CA125,CA199 and CA153 levels of the ovarian cancer group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The serum CA125,CA199 and CA153 levels of patients with low differentiation,stage Ⅲ+Ⅳ,and lymph node metastasis were higher than those in patients with medium-high differentiation,stage Ⅰ+Ⅱ,and no lymph node metastasis(P＜0.05).Conclusions The serum CA125,CA199 and CA153 levels in ovarian cancer patients are significantly higher than those in patients with benign ovarian lesions,and closely related to the clinical pathological features of patients,which can be used for differentiation of benign and malignant diseases and disease evaluation.
