过渡期护理模式联合呼吸训练在肺炎患儿中的应用OA

目的 探讨过渡期护理模式联合呼吸训练在肺炎患儿中的应用效果.方法 选取2020年2月至2023年1月本院收治的102例肺炎患儿,按照入组顺序分为观察组与对照组.对照组实施呼吸训练,观察组在对照组基础上采用过渡期护理模式.比较两组患儿的肺功能、生活质量.结果 出院3个月,观察组的FEV1、FVC、PEF以及生理、情感、社会、角色评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 过渡期护理模式联合呼吸训练可改善肺炎患儿的肺功能,提高其生活质量.

Objective To explore the application effect of transitional care model combined with respiratory training in children with pneumonia.Methods 102 children with pneumonia admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to January 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the enrollment order.The control group received respiratory training,and the observation group received transitional care model on the basis of the control group.The lung function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results 3 months after discharge,the FEV1,FVC,PEF and the scores of physiology,emotion,society and role in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Transitional care model combined with respiratory training can improve the lung function and quality of life in children with pneumonia.
