多学科协作营养护理对乳腺癌术后化疗患者营养状况及免疫功能的影响OA

Effect of multidisciplinary collaborative nutrition nursing on nutritional status and immune function of patients with breast cancer undergoing postoperative chemotherapy

目的 探析多学科协作营养护理对乳腺癌术后化疗患者营养状况的影响.方法 选取2020年1月至2022年12月福建中医药大学附属第三人民医院收治的乳腺癌术后化疗患者80例,依据随机数表法分为两组,每组各40例.对照组采用传统护理干预,观察组采用多学科协作营养护理干预.比较两组营养状况、遵医行为及免疫功能.结果 两组干预前营养状况水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组干预后白蛋白(ALB)、血红蛋白(Hb)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组遵医行为包括按时复诊、按时服药、合理饮食、按时锻炼占比高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组干预前免疫功能指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组干预后分化簇3+(CD3+)、分化簇4+(CD4+)、CD4+/分化簇8+(CD8+)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).以世界卫生组织生活质量测定量表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分作为比较指标,两组干预前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后与对照组比较,观察组评分更高(P<0.05).结论 乳腺癌术后化疗患者采用多学科协作营养护理效果明显,患者营养状况得到明显改善,患者遵医行为提升,同时其身体免疫功能显著提高,临床上可借鉴及推广.

Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary collaborative nutrition nursing on the nutritional status of patients with breast cancer undergoing postoperative chemotherapy.Methods A total of 80 patients with breast cancer undergoing postoperative chemotherapy in the Third Affiliated People's Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected to cooperate with the study,and were divided into two groups according to a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received the traditional nursing intervention,while the observation group received the multidisciplinary collaborative nutrition nursing intervention.The nutritional status,compliance behavior,and immune function were compared between the two groups.Results The nutritional status was compared between the two groups before the intervention,without statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After the intervention,the levels of albumin(ALB)and hemoglobin(Hb)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The proportion of compliance behaviors in the observation group,including timely follow-up visits,timely medication,reasonable diet,and regular exercise,was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The immune function indicators were compared between the two groups before the intervention,without statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After the intervention,the levels of cluster of differentiation 3+(CD3+)cluster of differentiation 4+(CD4+),and CD4+/cluster of differentiation 8+(CD8+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The World Health Organization quality of life measurement scale(WHOQOL-BREF)score,as a comparison indicator,was compared before the intervention,without statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After the intervention,the score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of multidisciplinary collaborative nutrition nursing for patients with breast cancer undergoing postoperative chemotherapy is obvious.The nutritional status of patients has been significantly improved,and their compliance behavior has been improved.At the same time,their immune function has been significantly improved.Therefore,it can be used for reference and promoted clinically.
