赋能教育对乳腺癌患者负性情绪和生活质量影响的meta分析OA

Meta-analysis of the influence of empowerment education on negative emotions and quality of life of breast cancer patients

目的 应用meta分析系统评价赋能教育对乳腺癌患者负性情绪和生活质量的干预效果.方法 运用计算机检索Web of Science、Embase、CINAHL和PubMed、CBM、中国知网、维普和万方数据库从建库至2023年4月30日有关赋能教育对乳腺癌患者的所有可获得的随机对照试验(RCT),并采用RevMan 5.4软件进行meta分析.结果 共纳入10个RCT,合计1437例患者.研究组乳腺癌术后患者生活质量评分[SMD=1.17,95CI(1.02,1.33),P<0.000 01],负性情绪评分[MD=-11.36,95CI(-13.73,-8.98),P<0.00001]均高于对照组.结论 赋能教育能够改善乳腺癌患者生活质量,减轻负性情绪,但仍需更高质量研究进行验证.

Objective To evaluate the intervention effect of empowerment education on negative emotions and quality of life of breast cancer patients by using a meta system.Methods All available randomized controlled trials(RCTs)on empowerment education for breast cancer patients were retrieved from Web of Science,Embase,CINAHL and PubMed,CBM,CNKI,VIP,and Wanfang databases,with the retrieval duration from the establishment of the databases to April 30,2023,and meta-analysis was conducted with RevMan 5.4 software.Results A total of 10 randomized controlled trials were included,involving a total of 1437 patients.The quality-of-life score(SMD=1.17,95%CI[1.02,1.33],P<0.000 01)and the negative emotion score(MD=-11.36,95%CI[-13.73,-8.98],P<0.000 01)of patients in the study group after breast cancer surgery were higher than those in the control group.Conclusion Empowerment education can improve the quality of life and reduce negative emotions of breast cancer patients,but it still needs to be verified by higher-quality research.
