目的 探讨叙事护理联合五音疗法对癌症患者志气缺失综合征及生活质量的影响.方法 选取2021年4月至2022年11月中山市中医院收治的癌症患者100例纳入研究,依据随机数表法分对照组(50例,肿瘤专科常规护理)和观察组(50例,叙事护理联合五音疗法).比较两组负面情绪、志气缺失情况、生活质量及满意度.结果 干预后,两组抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);两组志气缺失评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);两组生活质量评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 对癌症患者,时机性叙事护理与五音疗法联合疗法能改善心态及生活质量.
Objective To explore the effect of narrative nursing combined with five tone therapy on the symptoms of aspiration deficiency syndrome and quality of life in cancer patients.Methods A total of 100 cancer patients admitted to Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2021 to November 2022 were selected for the study.They were divided into a control group(50 cases)with routine nursing care in the oncology department,and an observation group(50 cases)with narrative nursing combined with five tone therapy by random number table method.Negative emotions,lack of morale,quality of life,and satisfaction were compared.Results After intervention,the self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores of both groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).The demoralization scores of both groups decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).The difference in quality of life scores between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The satisfaction level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion For cancer patients,the combination of timing narrative nursing and five tone therapy can improve their mentality and quality of life.
