文中依据起重装备的特种设备属性,基于起重装备数字化技术路线和实施路径,从采集、传输、计算、分析、应用等数字要素生命链总结归纳了起重装备产业在向智能化、数据化、个性化、网络化、平台化、生态化的数字化发展过程中全生命周期的数字化关键技术,覆盖全面感知、可靠传输、智能处理、数字管控等装备使用与特种设备监管环节,并简单分析了起重装备数字化的应用前景,为起重装备产业数字化的从业者提供了参考.
In this paper,according to the special equipment properties of hoisting equipment and based on the technical route and implementation path of digitalization of hoisting equipment,the key technologies of digitalization in the whole life cycle of hoisting equipment industry are summarized from the aspects of the life chain of digital elements such as collection,transmission,calculation,analysis and application,including comprehensive perception,reliable transmission,intelligent processing,digital control and other equipment use and special equipment supervision,and a simple analysis of the application prospect of digital hoisting equipment,which can serve as a reference for the practitioners engaged in digitalization of hoisting equipment industry.
