湘黄精中高异黄酮类化学成分研究OACSTPCD

The Chemical Components of Homoisoflavonoids in Polygonatum hunanense

目的 对黄精属植物湘黄精Polygonatum hunanense H.H.Liu&B.Z.Wang的干燥根茎进行化学成分研究.方法 综合运用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20 凝胶、半制备 HPLC等方法对湘黄精乙酸乙酯部位进行分离纯化,根据波谱数据、理化性质等技术手段对化合物结构进行鉴定.结果 最终从湘黄精根茎 95%乙醇提取物中分离得到 13 个化合物,分别鉴定为 5,7-dihydroxy-6-methyl-3-(4-methoxybenzyl)-chroman-4-one(1)、5,7-dihydroxy-3-(2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzyl)-chroman-4-one(2)、ophiopogonanone G(3)、3-(4′-hydroxy-benzyl)-5,7-dihydroxy-6-methyl-chroman-4-one(4)、(±)-5,7-dihydroxy-6,8-dimethyl-3-(2′-hydroxy-4′-methoxybenzyl-)chroman-4-one(5)、3-(2′,4′-dihydroxybenzyl)-5,7-dihydroxy-chroman-4-one(6)、polygonatone H(7)、4′,5,7-trihydroxy-6,8-dim-ethylhomoisoflavanone(8)、3-(4′-hydroxybenzylidene)-5,7-dihydroxychroman-4-one(9)、胡萝卜苷(10)、亚油酸(11)、β-谷甾醇(12)、棕榈酸甲酯(13).结论 化合物 13 为首次从黄精属植物中分离得到,化合物 1-13 为首次从湘黄精中分离得到.

Objective To investigate the chemical components of dried rhizomes of Polygonatum hunanense H.H.Liu&B.Z.Wang,a plant belonging to the genus Polygonatum.Methods The methods such as Silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 gel,and semi-preparative HPLC were used for the isolation and purification of the ethyl acetate part of P.hunanens-e,and then the structures of the compounds obtained were identified based on spectral data and physicochemical properties.Results A total of 13 compounds were isolated from the 95%ethanol extract of the rhizome of P.hunanense,which were identified as 5,7-di-hydroxy-6-methyl-3-(4-methoxybenzyl)-chroman-4-one(1),5,7-dihydroxy-3-(2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzyl)-chroman-4-one(2),ophiopogonanone G(3),3-(4′-hydroxy-benzyl)-5,7-dihydroxy-6-methyl-chroman-4-one(4),5,7-dihydroxy-6,8-dimethyl-3-(2′-hydroxy-4′-methoxybenzyl-)chroman-4-one(5),3-(2′,4′-dihydroxybenzyl)-5,7-dihydroxy-chroman-4-one(6),polygona-tone H(7),4′,5,7-trihydroxy-6,8-dimethylhomoisoflavanone(8),3-(4′-hydroxybenzylidene)-5,7-dihydroxychroman-4-one(9),daucosterol(10),linoleic acid(11),β-sitosterol(12),and methyl hexadecanoate(13).Conclusion Compound 13 is isola-ted from Polygonatum for the first time,and compounds 1-13 are isolated from P.hunanense for the first time.
