目的 探究浮针联合大黄粉穴位贴敷治疗中风后便秘的效果.方法 选取 2022 年 6 月至 2023 年9 月广东省阳春市中医院发生中风后便秘的患者 120 例,通过随机数表法将患者分为三组,每组各 40 例.对照A组单用乳果糖治疗,对照B组单用大黄粉穴位贴敷治疗,观察组联用浮针疗法及大黄粉穴位贴敷治疗,比较三组临床症状评分、生活质量评分、自主排便次数、治疗总有效率.结果 治疗后三组临床症状评分、生活质量评分及自主排便次数比较,观察组分别低于、低于、多于对照A组及对照B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).三组治疗总有效率比较,观察组高于对照A组及对照B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 中风后便秘联用浮针和大黄粉穴位贴敷治疗可改善临床症状、生活质量、自主排便能力,临床疗效更佳.
Objective To explore the effect of floating needle combined with rhubarb powder acupoint application on treating constipation after stroke.Methods A total of 120 patients from June 2022 to September 2023 were divided into three groups with 40 patients in each group.Control group A was treated with lactulose alone,control group B,observation group combined floating needle therapy and rhubarb powder acupoint application treatment,and the clinical symptom score,quality of life score,spontaneous defecation frequency,and total effective rate of treatment were compared among the three groups.Results After treatment,the clinical symptom score,quality of life score and the number of voluntary defecation in the three groups were compared,and the observation group was lower and lower than the control group A and control group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the three groups,the observation group was higher than the control group A and the control group B,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Constipation after stroke combined with floating needle and rhubarb powder acupoint application treatment can improve clinical symptoms,quality of life,independent defecation ability,and better clinical efficacy.
