外泌体非编码RNA在骨质疏松中的研究现状OA北大核心CSTPCD

Research status of exosomal non-coding RNA in osteoporosis

骨质疏松是常见的代谢性疾病,会导致骨密度下降和骨折风险增加.外泌体是由细胞分泌的具备脂质双分子层结构的囊泡,内含蛋白质、脂质和非编码RNA等多种成分.越来越多的研究表明,非编码RNA在骨质疏松的发生发展中具有重要作用.外泌体中非编码RNA(包括miRNA、lncRNA和circRNA)已被证实在成骨细胞和破骨细胞形成、增殖、分化和成熟的过程中起调控作用.本文就外泌体非编码RNA在骨质疏松中的研究现状进行综述,以期为骨质疏松的发病机制及外泌体应用于临床骨质疏松的治疗提供理论依据.

Osteoporosis was a common metabolic disease that leads to decreased bone mineral density and increased fracture risk.Exosomes were lipid bilayer vesicles secreted by cells,which contain a variety of components such as proteins,lipids,and non-coding RNA.More and more studies have shown that non-coding RNAs play an important role in the occurrence and development of osteoporosis.Non-coding RNAs in exosomes,including miRNA,lncRNA,and circRNA,have been confirmed to play regulatory roles in the formation,proliferation,differentiation,and maturation of osteoblasts and osteoclasts.This article reviews the research progress of exosomal non-coding RNA in osteoporosis and provides a theoretical basis for the pathogenesis of osteoporosis and the application of exosomes in the treatment of clinical osteoporosis.
