Reason for cracking of 45Mn2 steel circular tube

将某45Mn2钢圆坯加工成圆管后,发现其表面存在裂纹.采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、微观分析、电子探针显微分析等方法对钢管表面开裂的原因进行分析.结果表明:异常金属与基体未融合,在对钢管进行磨削处理时,异常金属发生了脱落现象;异常金属与基体的组织、化学成分不同,异常金属压入钢管表面,导致钢管表面发生开裂.

Cracks were found on the surface of a 45Mn2 steel billet processed into a circular tube.The cause of surface cracking of steel pipes was analyzed using methods such as macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,microscopic analysis,and electron probe microanalysis.The results show that the abnormal metal did not fuse with the substrate,and during the grinding treatment of the steel tube,the abnormal metal experienced detachment.The structure and chemical composition of the abnormal metal were different from those of the substrate.Different metals were pressed into the surface of the steel tube,causing cracking on the surface of the steel tube.
