某钢厂生产的42CrMoA圆钢样坯在调质处理后出现开裂现象.采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、金相检验、硬度测试、扫描电镜及能谱分析等方法对样坯开裂的原因进行分析.结果表明:样坯表面裂纹为淬火裂纹,裂纹源靠近母材心部一侧;淬火保温时间短、原材料组织不均匀、Cr元素成分偏析、偏析区内硫化物聚集等因素的共同作用导致样坯发生淬火开裂.
The sample of 42CrMoA round steel produced by a certain steel plant showed cracking phenomenon after quenching and tempering treatment.The causes of cracking in the sample were analyzed using methods such as macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination,hardness testing,scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis.The results show that the surface cracks of the sample were quenching cracks,and the crack source was located on the side near the center of the base material.The combined effects of short quenching insulation time,uneven organization of raw materials,segregation of Cr element composition and sulfide aggregation in the segregation zone led to quenching cracking of the sample.
