某超临界汽轮机低压转子次末级0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb钢叶片发生断裂.采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、扫描电镜及能谱分析、金相检验、硬度测试等方法分析了叶片断裂的原因.结果表明:在灵活性运行工况下,机组承受的载荷频繁发生变化,造成低压缸进汽量和汽流频繁大幅波动,导致长叶型的次末级叶片在运行过程中发生颤振;次末级叶片的叶根尺寸与叶根槽不匹配,使叶根松动、叶片晃动,加剧了叶片的颤振;在两种因素共同作用下,机组出汽侧近叶根的应力集中区域萌生了裂纹,在叶片颤振产生的交变应力作用下,裂纹以疲劳的形式不断扩展,最终导致叶片整体断裂.

The last stage 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb steel blade of the low-pressure rotor of a certain supercritical steam turbine broke.The causes of blade fracture were analyzed using methods such as macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis,metallographic examination and hardness testing.The results show that under flexible operating conditions,frequent changed in the load borne by the unit result in frequent and significant fluctuations in the inlet steam volume and steam flow of the low-pressure cylinder,led to flutter of the last stage blades with long blade shapes during operation.The root size of the last stage blade did not match the root groove,causing the blade root loose and blade shake,exacerbating blade flutter.Under the combined action of two factors,cracks appeared in the stress concentration area near the blade root on the outlet side of the unit.Under the alternating stress generated by blade flutter,the cracks continued to propagate in the form of fatigue,ultimately led to the overall fracture of the blade.
