基于多源报警信息贝叶斯网络与关联离散系数的配电网故障台区定位方法OA

Fault Section Location Method of Distribution Network Based on Multi-source Bayesian Network and Associated Discrete Coefficient

考虑地区电网发展的不均衡性,地区配电网故障信息存在不完善等问题,造成地区电网故障定位不准确,为提高地区配电网故障台区定位准确性,提高供电可靠性,提出基于多源报警信息贝叶斯网络与关联离散系数的配电网故障台区定位方法.多源报警信息主要包括分段开关过流报警信息、配电变压器故障报警信息以及客户停电投诉电话.首先以链表的形式建立配电网结构模型,通过贝叶斯网络运算方式初步确定故障区域,求算Z值排除配电变压器故障.其次构建报警信息与初步故障区关联离散系数,计算绘制关联离散系数曲线图,通过计算关联离散系数曲线图中极小值点来确定最终故障台区.最后以某地市区配电网网络拓扑图实例计算,结果验证了所述方法的正确性和有效性.

Considering the imbalanced development of regional network and the imperfect fault information of regional distribution networks,which leads to inaccurate fault location of regional network,a fault location method of distribution networks based on Bayesian network and associated discrete coefficient is proposed,which uses the multi-source alarm information to improve the accuracy of fault location and power supply reliability.The multi-source alarm information mainly includes sectional switches overcurrent alarm information,distribution transformer fault or alarm information,and telephone complaints information.Firstly,a distribution network structure model in the form of a linked list was established,Bayesian network approach was used to preliminarily identify the faulty section.and the Z value was obtained to rule out distribution transformer faults.Secondly,the correlation discrete coefficient between alarm information and preliminary fault area was constructed,and the correlation discrete coefficient curve was obtained.Then the minimum value point of the correlation discrete coefficient curve was searched to obtain the final location results.Finally,an example of a distribution network topology diagram in a certain urban area was used to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.
