台风灾害下电网多维韧性评估研究OA

Multidimensional Resilience Assessment of Power Grids Under Typhoon Disasters

近年来台风灾害频发导致电网多次发生大规模停电事故,当前电力系统韧性具有较大的不确定性和主观性问题,准确评估台风灾害下电网韧性有助于精准应对电网故障,降低电网事故经济损失.提出台风灾害下电网多维韧性评估指标体系,采用云模型(cloud modeling,CM)和模糊综合评价(fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,FCE)相结合,提出了台风灾害下电网韧性评价方法,将台风预防、过境和离境阶段相结合进行综合评估.最后针对某地实际台风灾害下电网事故进行算例分析,验证本文所述电网韧性评估指标体系的有效性和合理性.

In recent years,the frequent typhoon disasters has led to large-scale power outages in the power grid,and the current power system resilience has great uncertainty and subjectivity.Thus,accurate assessment of grid resilience under typhoon disasters can help to accurately cope with grid failures that reduces the economic losses of power grid accidents.Firstly,in the paper,an index system of power grid multidimensional resilience assessment was proposed.On this basis of cloud modeling(CM)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE),the grid resilience evaluation method under typhoon disaster was proposed,which conducted comprehensive assessment by combining the typhoon prevention,transit,and departure phases.Finally,an example was analyzed for the power grid accidents under the actual typhoon disaster in an area,and the validity and rationality of the power grid resilience evaluation index system described in this paper was verified.
