城市应急微网群管控关键技术综述OA

当城市供电系统发生较大范围的停电事故时,电动汽车、分布式电源等可构建应急微网群保证关键负荷的持续供电.高比例新能源和高度电力电子化使得应急微网群运行中面临暂态电压和频率安全稳定挑战.在微网群能量管理过程中,需要考虑暂态安全稳定约束.而微网群的暂态安全稳定域具有强非线性,且离散和连续设备的差异化调节特性以及能量管理终端的计算能力和通信方式差异化使得考虑安全稳定的调控困难.依据"动态建模-稳定分析-协同调控"的内在逻辑,围绕考虑暂态安全稳定约束的城市应急微网群协同调控开展以下综述:1)考虑变流器宽频域和非光滑控制特性的微电网动态建模方法;2)研究微网群电压和频率暂态安全稳定机理与判据;3)考虑暂态安全稳定约束、信息交互延时和离散-连续混杂特征的微网群分布式优化调控方法.基于以上三个方面,阐述城市应急微网群安全稳定与低碳经济运行当前研究的不足和发展方向.

When a large-scale power outage occurs in the urban power grid,microgrids containing electric vehicles,distributed power sources,etc.can build an emergency microgrid cluster to ensure the continuous power supply of key loads.However,high proportion of new energy and high degree of power electronization make the emergency microgrid cluster face the stability challenges of transient voltage and frequency in operation.In the process of microgrid cluster energy management,transient security and stability constraints need to be considered.The transient security and stability domain of microgrid clusters has strong nonlinearity,and the differential regulation characteristics of discrete and continuous devices,as well as the computing power and communication methods of energy management terminals,make it difficult to consider security and stability regulation.According to the internal logic of"dynamic modeling-stability analysis-coordinated regulation",the following review was carried out around the coordinated regulation of urban emergency microgrid cluster considering transient security and stability constraints.1)The dynamic modeling methods of microgrid considering the wide frequency domain and non-smooth control characteristics of the converter.2)The mechanism and criterion of voltage and frequency transient security and stability of microgrid cluster.3)Distributed optimal control method of microgrid cluster considering transient security and stability constraints,information interaction delay and discrete-continuous hybrid characteristics.Based on the above three aspects,the shortcomings and development direction of the current research on the security and stability of urban emergency microgrid cluster and the operation of low-carbon economy were expounded.
