压带式输送机压陷阻力有限元分析OA

压带式输送机作为带式输送机的一种,结构紧凑,可在短距离内实现大倾角输送.目前国内对压带式输送机相关研究较少,须对压带输送机的 2 条输送带进行相关的分析研究,寻找在恒定压紧力的作用下不同托辊直径对输送带压陷阻力的影响规律.进一步完善输送机的设计计算,不断提高输送机的运行效率并降低运行成本.文中以带宽为1 000 mm的压带式输送机主提升段为研究对象,通过输送带-托辊有限元模型进行有限元分析研究,并模拟在不同托辊直径下输送带的接触应力情况.模拟结果表明,输送带最大应力出现在与托辊接触处,随着托辊直径的增大,输送带接触应力增大,但压陷阻力不断减小.

As a kind of belt conveyor,the pressure belt conveyor has a compact structure and can realize large inclination transportation in a short distance.At present,domestic studies on the belt conveyor are relatively scarce,so it is necessary to analyze and study the two belts of the belt conveyor in order to figure out the influence law of different idler diameters on the subsidence resistance of the conveyor belts under the constant compaction force,which will further improve the design and calculation of the conveyor,continuously improve the operating efficiency of the conveyor and reduce the operating cost.In this paper,the main lifting section of belt conveyor with a bandwidth of 1 000 mm is taken as the research object,and the finite element analysis was carried out through the finite element model of conveyor belt and idler,and the contact stress of conveyor belt under different idler diameters was simulated.The simulation results show that the maximum stress of the conveyor belt appears at the contact with the idler.With the increase of the diameter of the idler,the contact stress of the conveyor belt increases,and the subsidence resistance decreases continuously.
