FeCrAl合金显微组织腐蚀方法比较OA

采用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜对比分析了经4种不同腐蚀方法腐蚀的FeCrAl合金显微组织形貌.结果表明:腐蚀溶液为10 g三氯化铁+30 mL盐酸+120 mL蒸馏水,HF、HNO3与H2O的体积分数比例为1∶10∶50,HCl和H2O的体积分数比例为1∶3的3种化学腐蚀方法均可明显观察到FeCrAl合金的晶粒形貌,优选HCl与H2O混合溶液的热蚀方法,该方法得到合金的显微组织无晶界及晶粒明暗的干扰,晶粒度评级照片更清晰;10 g三氯化铁+30 mL盐酸+120 mL蒸馏水的腐蚀方法可用于观察和分析晶界;HF、HNO3 与H2O的体积分数比例为1∶10∶50的腐蚀方法可用于第二相的观察及分析.

The effects of four different erosion methods on FeCrAl alloy were compared and analyzed by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope.The results show that the grain morphology of FeCrAl alloy could be obviously observed by three chemical erosion methods with 10 g ferric chloride+30 mL hydrochloric acid+ 120 mL distilled water,the volume fraction ratio of HF,HNO3 and H2O was 1∶10∶50,and the volume fraction ratio of HCl and H2O was 1∶3.The thermal erosion method of HCl and H2O mixed solution was preferred,the microstructure of the alloy obtained by this method had no interference of grain boundary and grain brightness,and the grain size rating photo was clearer.The erosion method of 10 g ferric chloride+30 mL hydrochloric acid+ 120 mL distilled water could be used to observe and analyze the grain boundary.The erosion method with the volume fraction ratio of HF,HNO3 and H2O of 1∶10∶50 could be used for the observation and analysis of the second phase.
