光照强度对荆芥生长及药效成分含量的影响OACSTPCD

目的:探究光照强度对荆芥幼苗生长与挥发性成分含量的影响,为优化荆芥栽培技术、提高其药用品质提供理论参考.方法:将生长 40 d后的荆芥幼苗,用不同光照强度(5 000~30 000 lx)处理,于处理后每隔 7 d进行形态特征测定,第 28 天时对荆芥叶片抗氧化酶活性及鲜重及干重进行测定,另外采用GC测定叶片中(-)-胡薄荷酮、(+)-薄荷酮和(+)-柠檬烯的含量.结果:25 000 lx下荆芥的株高、叶片数、节数及地上部分的鲜重和干重最大.不同光强下腺鳞直径和密度在光处理一定时间后有所差异,在第 28 天,25 000 lx下的腺鳞密度最大,为 6 个/mm2.在 5 000、10 000 和30 000 lx下荆芥清除活性氧主要依赖于SOD的作用,而在15 000、20 000 和25 000 lx下主要依赖于POD的作用.从光处理第 14 天开始,不同光强下荆芥叶片中 3 种挥发性成分差异明显,且在第 28 天,25 000 lx下含量最高.结论:荆芥幼苗对不同的光照强度有不同的适应性,在 25 000 lx光照条件下生长最好,且在光处理后期药效成分含量高.该研究为荆芥田间大规模生产及其药效成分合成调控机制研究提供理论基础.

Objective:To explore the effect of light intensity on the growth and volatile components contents of Schizonepeta tenuifo-lia seedlings,so as to provide a theoretical reference for optimizing the cultivation technology and improving its medicinal quality of Schizonepeta tenuifolia.Methods:After growing to 40 days,the seedlings of Schizonepeta tenuifolia were treated with different light inten-sities(5 000 lx~30 000 lx),and the morphological characteristics were determined every 7 days after treatment,and the antioxidant en-zyme activity,fresh weight and dry weight of Schizonepeta tenuifolia leaves was measured on day 28.In addition,the contents of(-)-pulegone,(+)-menthone,(+)-limonene in leaves were determined by GC.Results:The plant height,leaf number,pitch number,fresh weight and dry weight of the above ground part under 25 000 lx were all the largest.The diameter and density of glandular scales under different light intensities varied after a certain period of light treatment,and on day 28,the density of glandular scales at 25 000 lx was the largest(6/mm2).At 5 000,10 000 and 30 000 lx,the removal of ROS by Schizonepeta tenuifolia mainly depended on the action of SOD,and at 15 000,20 000 and 25 000 lx mainly depended on the action of POD.From the 14th day of light treatment,the three vola-tile components in the leaves were significantly different under different light intensities,and the content was the highest at 25 000 lx on the day 28.Conclusion:Schizonepeta tenuifolia has different adaptations to different light intensities,which grows best at 25 000 lx,and has a high content of effective components in the late stage of light treatment.This study can provide a theoretical basis for large-scale production in the field and for the the mechanism of regulation of the synthesis of effective components of Schizonepeta tenuifolia.
