目的 探讨补中益气汤加味联合布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的效果.方法 选取2020 年5 月至2022 年5 月于乐平市中医医院肺病科治疗的120 例COPD患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各60 例.对照组采用布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗,试验组采用补中益气汤加味联合布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗,连续治疗 3 个月.比较两组患者治疗有效率、肺功能、炎症因子、不良反应发生率.结果 试验组治疗有效率(95.00%)明显高于对照组(83.33%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.227,P=0.040);治疗后试验组第一秒钟用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV1/FVC均高于对照组(P＜0.05),慢阻肺评估测试(CAT)评分低于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗后试验组C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)均低于对照组(P＜0.05);试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.778,P=0.182).结论 补中益气汤加味联合布地奈德福莫特罗粉吸入剂治疗COPD临床疗效显著,可有效改善患者肺功能,降低炎症因子水平,减少不良反应发生.
Objective To explore the effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with budesonide formoterol powder inhalation on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 120 COPD patients treated in the pulmonary Department of Leping Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into test group and control group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with budesonide formoterol powder inhalation,and the experimental group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with budesonide formoterol powder inhalation for 3 months.The treatment effectiveness,lung function,inflammatory factors and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment group(95.00%)was significantly higher than that of control group(83.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.227,P=0.040).After treatment,the first second forced expiratory volume(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)and FEV1/FVC in experimental group were higher than those of control group(P＜0.05),and the COPD evaluation test(CAT)score was lower than that of control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in experimental groups were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in test group was lower than that in control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=1.778,P=0.182).Conclusion Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with budesonide formoterol powder inhalation has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of COPD,which can effectively improve the lung function of patients,reduce the level of inflammatory factors and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
