近年来,我国卵巢癌的发病率逐年增高.作为严重威胁女性生命健康的恶性肿瘤,卵巢癌的治疗通常以手术为主,术后放化疗为辅,但其治疗费用高昂.在此情况下,对卵巢癌的治疗手段进行卫生经济学评价显得尤为重要.目前,国内外的研究者们对于卵巢癌治疗的卫生经济学评价研究主要是针对初始治疗以及复发后的治疗展开.文章对于卵巢癌治疗的卫生经济学评价相关研究进行综述,追踪卵巢癌治疗领域的前沿动态,探讨目前研究中存在的不足,预测未来的研究方向,旨在为我国卵巢癌治疗相关的经济学研究提供借鉴思路.
In recent years,the incidence rate of ovarian cancer in our country increases year by year.As a kind of malignant tumor which has serious threat to women's life and health,ovarian cancer is usually treated mainly by surgery,supplemented by postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy,but its treatment cost is high.In this context,health economic evaluation of the treatment of ovarian cancer is particularly important.At present,the health economics evaluation of ovarian cancer treatment at home and abroad mainly focuses on initial treatment and the treatment after recurrence.This paper reviews the health economics evaluation of ovarian cancer treatment,tracks the forefront of the treatment of ovarian cancer,discusses the shortcomings of the current research,and predicts the future direction of research,so as to provide reference for the economic research of the treatment of ovarian cancer.
