云南省经济林碳汇测算及其产品开发探析OA

本文运用生物量法,以九次全国森林资源清查报告和云南省森林资源报告数据为基础,测算分析云南省经济林固碳状况.结果表明:九次统计期间,云南省经济林固碳量从280.56万吨增长到2928.37万吨,绝对增量为2647.81万吨,总体呈现增长的趋势;按不同经济林用途,果树林、工业原料林、食用油料林三种经济林类型的固碳作用最为显著;从不同区域看,西双版纳、临沧、普洱、大理以及红河五个区域的经济林固碳量居于前列.综合考虑云南省经济林资源的发展现状、碳汇项目方法学、农民增收愿望以及政策支持,提出主要从两个方面开发具有云南特色的经济林碳汇产品,即经济林碳汇项目和碳汇金融,将云南特色的碳汇项目与金融市场相结合,为该地区的经济林产业注入新的活力,为云南省多方向、多渠道实现经济林更大的效益提供坚实的基础.

This paper used biomass method to measure and analyze the carbon sequestration status of economic forests in Yunnan province,based on the data of the nine national forest resources inventory reports and the Yunnan provincial forest resources report.The results showed that during the nine statistical periods,the carbon sequestration of economic forests in Yunnan province increased from 2,805,600 tons to 29,283,700 tons,with an absolute increment of 26,478,100 tons,showing an overall increasing trend.According to different uses of economic forests,the three types of economic forests,namely fruit forests,industrial raw material forests and edible oilseed forests,have the most significant carbon sequestration effects.In terms of different regions,the five regions of Sipsongpanna,Lincang,Pu'er,Dali and Honghe have the highest carbon sequestration in economic forests.Considering the current development status of economic forest resources in Yunnan province,the methodology of carbon sink projects,the desire of farmers to increase their income,and the policy support,it is proposed to develop carbon sink products of economic forests with Yunnan characteristics mainly from two aspects,i.e.,carbon sink projects of economic forests and carbon sink finance.Combining the carbon sink projects with Yunnan characteristics and the financial market will inject new vitality into the region's economic forest industry and provide a solid foundation for realizing greater benefits from economic forests in Yunnan province through multiple directions and channels.
