三维荧光结合化学计量学识别石油污染物的研究进展OA

Research Progress of 3D Fluorescence Combined with Chemometrics for Identifying Petroleum Pollutants

三维荧光技术具有样品预处理简单、响应快速、灵敏度高、数据量丰富等优势,常被用在石油污染物的检测中.综述了包括主成分分析、三线性分解算法、数字图像处理等在内的化学计量学法结合三维荧光技术在石油污染物识别领域的研究进展,介绍了多种算法的原理、优缺点及应用实例,并对几种算法作了对比分析,对今后应用于三维荧光光谱数据解析方向算法的发展趋势提出了展望.

Three-dimensional fluorescence technology has the advantages of simple sample pretreatment,fast response,high sensitivity and abundant data,and is often used in the detection of petroleum pollu-tants.The research progress of stoichiometric meth-ods such as principal component analysis,trilinear decomposition algorithm and digital image process-ing,combined with 3D fluorescence technology in the field of petroleum pollutant identification was system-atically reviewed.The principles,advantages and dis-advantages of various algorithms and application ex-amples were introduced,and the development trend of directional algorithms applied to 3D fluorescence spectral data analysis in the future was puts forward.
