聚苯胺/棉复合导电织物的制备及其性能OA

Preparation and Performance of Polyaniline/Cotton Composite Conductive Fabric

为开发性能优异的复合导电织物,以原棉织物为基底,过硫酸铵为氧化剂,通过原位化学氧化法制备了三组聚苯胺/棉复合导电织物.采用了电阻测试仪、红外分析仪、电子显微镜、分光光度仪等设备测试聚苯胺/棉复合导电织物的性能.结果表明:聚苯胺(PANI)沉积在棉织物表面,织物表面的韧性增加.经PANI沉积的聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)预处理棉织物后,复合导电织物的电阻从55 kW下降到30 kW.复合导电织物具有良好的防紫外线性能,经PANI和壳聚糖(CS)沉积的PEI预处理的棉织物的UPF值为56.7,约为对照棉织物的7倍.复合导电织物较对照棉织物的亲水性降低,复合导电织物的颜色对pH值的变化具有敏感性.

In order to develop high-performance composite conductive fabrics,three groups of polyaniline/cot-ton composite conductive fabrics with different fabric types were prepared by in-situ chemical oxidation meth-od,using the original cotton fabric as substrate and ammonium persulfate as oxidant.Equipment such as resis-tance tester,infrared analyzer,electron microscope,and spectrophotometer were used to test the performance of polyaniline/cotton composite conductive fabric.The results showed that the polyaniline deposits on the surface of cotton fabric,increasing the toughness of the fabric surface.The electrical resistance of the composite fabric decreases from 550 kW to 33 kW after cotton fabric was pretreated with PEI.The UPF value of cotton fabric pretreated with PEI deposited by PANI and chitosan(CS)is 56.7,approximately 7 times that of the control cot-ton fabric.The hydrophilicity of composite conductive fabrics is reduced compared to the control cotton fabric,and the color of composite conductive fabrics is sensitive to changes in pH value.
