适于低功率状态的多特征融合负荷分解方法OA

非侵入式负荷分解是一种分析电力系统中各个负荷的能耗特征和负荷曲线的方法,因其低成本、易实施等优点而被广泛应用.现有的负荷分解方法通常试图通过叠加越来越多的池化和降采样操作来获得可靠的语义信息,然而,这种做法却可能在前向传播过程中逐渐丢失那些功率波动不明显的微小目标特征,进而降低了方法对多状态电器低功率状态的分解性能.因此提出多特征融合负荷分解方法,设计编码器和解码器之间以及解码器内部之间的跳跃连接特征融合,以便全面捕获不同尺度的功率波动信息,通过结合上下文信息和不同尺度空间模式信息提高方法对目标电器运行模式的识别性能.经过实验验证,所提方法在未知房屋数据上对所有目标电器的负荷分解平均绝对误差降低约36%,对多状态电器的负荷分解平均绝对误差降低约47%,且成功分解出低功率状态.实验结果证明了所提方法的有效性.

Non-intrusive load disaggregation is a way to analyze energy consumption characteristics and load profiles of individual appliances in power systems,which has been widely applied due to its advantages of low cost and easy implementation.Existing load disaggregation methods often attempt to obtain reliable semantic information by stacking more and more pooling and downsampling processing.However,the tiny target features with less noticeable power fluctuations may gradually being lost in the process of the forward propagation,and thus reducing the method's performance in decomposing low-power states of multi-state appliances.Therefore,a load disaggregation method combining multi-feature fusion is proposed in this paper,which designs skip-connection feature fusion between encoder and decoder,as well as between decoder interiors,to fully obtain power fluctuation features of different scales.By combining contextual information and multi-scale spatial pattern characteristics,the proposed method improves the model's perfermance for pattern recognition of target appliances.Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method reduces the mean absolute error(MAE)of load disaggregation for all target appliances and multi-state appliances by approximately 36%and 47%respectively,while evaluating unknown household data.Additionally,the load was successfully decomposed to low-power states.The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
