计及主动需求响应的配电网有功无功鲁棒优化调度OA

Active and Reactive Robust Optimal Dispatch of Distribution Network Considering Active Demand Response

为降低负荷出力与新能源发电的不确定性对配电网安全稳定运行造成的不利影响,建立了计及主动需求响应负荷(active demand response load,ADR)的配电网有功无功鲁棒优化模型.首先,构建了基于logistic函数的ADR模型,并且建立了以日前成本最低、系统运行维护成本最低和系统电压波动最小的多目标函数,利用层次分析法对目标函数分配权重系数.采用可调鲁棒区间模型对源荷不确定性进行描述,并引入不确定调节系数和波动系数对不确定性进行调节.基于鲁棒优化理论,建立源荷不确定性的两阶段鲁棒优化模型,并利用列与约束生成(column and constraint generation,C&CG)算法进行求解.经仿真验证,结果表明该模型在降低网损、减小电压波动、降低系统运行成本等方面具有很好的效果.

To reduce the adverse effects of load output and uncertainty of new energy generation on the safe and stable operation of distribution network,a active and reactive power robust optimization model for distribution network considering active demand response load(ADR)is established.Firstly,considering logistic function,taking the lowest day-ahead costs,operating and maintenance costs,and the voltage fluctuations as the objective function,an ADR model is established.Secondly,the objective function is assigned a weight factor by using the analytic hierarchy process.The source load uncertainty is described by an adjustable robust interval model,and the uncertainty is adjusted by introducing an uncertain adjustment coefficent and a fluctuation coefficent.Finally,the paper established a two-stage robust optimization model for source-load uncertainty based on robust optimization theory and solved the problem using column and constraint generation(C&CG)algorithm.The simulation results show that the advantageous performance of the model in reducing network loss,voltage fluctuation and system operating costs.
