为了分析警务人才培养领域的研究进展和热点,对现有文献进行直观、高效地梳理是十分必要的.本文检索中国知网(CNKI)数据库,获取 2001 年至 2023 年间共计 132 篇警务人才培养相关文献.对得到的文献分别进行时间分布和作者分布的统计分析,并基于CiteSpace对该领域研究热点进行分析.分析结果表明,该领域的研究在近几年呈现出逐步增长的趋势;公安院校、人才培养、公安实战、警务人才、智慧警务等关键词是当前研究的热门关注点.分析结果为警务人才培养领域的研究提供了重要参考,为推动警务人才培养领域的创新与发展提供理论依据.
To analyze the research progress and hotspots in the field of police talent cultivation,it is essential to visually and efficiently organize the existing literature.This paper searched the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database and obtained a total of 132 relevant articles on police talent cultivation from 2001 to 2023.The obtained articles were subjected to statistical analysis of their temporal and author distribution,and CiteSpace was employed to analyze the research hotspots in this field.The analysis results revealed a gradual growth trend in research in this field in recent years.Key hot topics of current research include police academies,talent cultivation,police practical training,police personnel,and smart policing.The analysis findings provide crucial references for research in the field of police talent cultivation and offer a theoretical basis for promoting innovation and development in this area.
