山区小城市路网承载力评估模型及算法OA

Evaluation Model and its Algorithm for Road Network Capacity in Small Mountainous Cities

为了有效评估山区小城市路网的供给能力,揭示路网联结度低、机非干扰严重等道路交通特性对其路网承载力的影响,本文在定义山区小城市路网承载力的基础上,建立了双层规划模型,并提出可变步长的迭代优化算法实现模型的近似求解.算例结果表明,模型和算法具有较高的实用性和有效性.

In order to effectively evaluate the supply capacity of the road network in small cities in mountainous areas and reveal the impact of road traffic characteristics such as low connectivity and severe interference between vehicles and non vehicles on its road network carrying capacity,this paper defines the road network carrying capacity of small cities in mountainous areas,establishes a two-level programming model,and proposes a variable step iterative optimization algorithm to achieve approximate solution of the model.The example results show that the model and algorithm have high practicality and effectiveness.
