面向体育教学的高效动作质量评估算法OA

An Efficient Action Quality Assessment Algorithm for Sports Teaching

为进一步提升体育教学效率,构建高效的体育动作自动质量评估算法对于促进学生体育学习和锻炼具有一定的现实意义.本文构建了一种面向体育教学的高效动作质量评估算法,采用姿态估计算法以获取体育训练视频的动作变化序列,通过特征重构构建基于分数度量的DTW距离度量,并通过对齐增强与端点松弛进行算法优化来提高评估效果.最后在构建的体操动作评估数据集上进行算法测试.实验结果表明,该算法的动作匹配准确率达到了97.5%,单个视频的评估时间缩短了近50%,实现了高效、精准的动作质量评估.

To further enhance the efficiency of physical education teaching and promote students'learning and exercise,it is of practical significance to develop an efficient algorithm for automatic quality assessment of sports movements.This paper proposes an efficient action quality assessment algorithm specifically designed for physical education teaching.It utilizes pose estimation algorithms to obtain motion sequence from sports training videos and reconstructs features to establish a DTW(Dynamic Time Warping)distance metric based on score measurement.Algorithm optimization is achieved through alignment enhancement and endpoint relaxation to improve the evaluation performance.Finally,the algorithm is tested on a constructed dataset for evaluating gymnastic movements.The experimental results demonstrate that the accuracy of action matching achieved by the algorithm reaches 97.5%,and the evaluation time for a single video is reduced by nearly 50%.This algorithm realizes efficient and accurate assessment of action quality.
