阴道加德纳菌与阴道阿托波菌共培养生长状态及粪肠球菌上清液对两者共培养抑制作用的体外研究OACSTPCD

目的:研究阴道加德纳菌与阴道阿托波菌共培养后的生长特性,同时探究粪肠球菌上清对阴道加德纳菌与阴道阿托波菌混合培养生物膜形成的影响.方法:选取临床诊断为BV患者的阴道分泌物标本中分离纯化鉴定的阴道加德纳菌及阴道阿托波菌,观察阴道加德纳菌及阴道阿托波菌共培养 24、48、72h的生长情况及成膜情况.观察粪肠球菌标准株24h内生长情况及产酸能力.通过检测OD值观察阴道加德纳菌单独培养、阴道加德纳菌与阿托波菌混合培养与分别加入粪肠球菌上清共培养 24、48、72h后的生物膜形成情况.结果:加德纳菌与阿托波菌2:1 比例共培养的成膜能力比相同菌量的加德纳菌强,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).阿托波菌几乎不生成生物膜.粪肠球菌上清液对单加德纳菌及加德纳菌与阿托波菌(2:1)混合培养生物膜形成有明显的抑制作用,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:阴道加德纳菌与阴道阿托波菌共培养后可互相促进生物膜的形成.粪肠球菌上清液对单阴道加德纳菌及阴道加德纳菌与阴道阿托波菌混合培养的生物膜形成有抑制作用.

Objective:To study the growth characteristics of Gardnerella vaginalis and Atopobium vaginalis co-cultured,and to explore the effect of Enterococcus faecalis supernatant on biofilm formation in mixed culture of Gardnerella vaginalis and Atopobium vaginalis.Meth-ods:Gardnerella vaginalis and Atopobium vaginalis isolated and identified from vaginal secre-tion samples of BV patients,and the growth and film formation of Gardnerella vaginalis and Atopobium vaginalis co-cultured for 24h,48h and 72h were observed.The growth and acid-pro-ducing ability of Enterococcus faecalis standard strain within 24 hours were observed.The bio-film formation of Gardnerella vaginalis after single culture,mixed culture of Gardnerella vagina-lis and Atopobium vaginalis and co-culture with supernatant of Enterococcus faecalis for 24 hours,48 hours and 72 hours were observed.Results:The film-forming ability of Gardnerella sp.and Atobo sp.co-cultured in the ratio of 2:1 was stronger than that of Gardnerella sp.with the same amount of bacteria,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Atopobi-um bacteria hardly produce biofilm.The supernatant of Enterococcus faecalis significantly inhib-ited the biofilm formation of Gardnerella simplex and mixed culture of Gardnerella and Atopobi-um(2:1),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The co-culture of Gardnerella vaginalis and Atopobium vaginalis can promote the formation of biofilm.The supernatant of Enterococcus faecalis can inhibit the biofilm formation of Gardnerella vagina-lis and Gardnerella vaginalis and Atopobium vaginalis.
