基于TRM70303发酵产物硫藤黄菌素的乳油制备OACHSSCD

因化学农药制剂对植物和土壤生态的环境污染问题,开发生物源农药用于防治农业病害成为发展趋势.本研究通过以微生物来源的天然抗菌物质研制对棉花黄萎病具有高效、低毒、低残留以及使用方便等特点的乳油制剂,以期为新疆棉花产业的健康发展提供支持.本研究以塔里木盆地放线菌Streptomyces sp.TRM70303 的主要活性产物硫藤黄菌素为原料,探讨制备硫藤黄菌素乳油的最佳配方.采用菌丝生长速率法初步测定硫藤黄菌素对大丽轮枝菌的皿内抑菌活性;通过对溶剂和乳化剂进行配方优化筛选,得到硫藤黄菌素乳油最佳配方为硫藤黄菌素原药 10%,农乳 500#12%,DMSO补足至 100%.

Due to the chemical pesticide preparation,pollution on plant and soil ecology,the development of biological pesticides to control agricultural diseases become a trend.In order to provide support for the healthy development of cotton industry in Xinjiang,emulsifiable concentrate with high efficiency,low toxicity,low residue and convenient use was developed by using natural products with high antibacterial activity from microbial sources.The preparation method of emulsifiable concentrate fungicide was studied by using the main active compound of Streptomyces sp.TRM70303 from Tarim Basin as a raw material in the study.The antifungal activity of thiolutin against Verticillium dahliae was preliminarily determined by mycelial growth rate method;By screening and optimizing the solvent and emulsifier,the best formula of thiolutin emulsifiable concentrate was composed of 10% thiolutin,12% Nongru 500#,and DMSO supplemented to 100%.
