ChatGPT冲击下教师的角色危机与重塑OACHSSCD

Teachers'Role Crisis and Reinvention under the Impact of ChatGPT

ChatGPT的强势崛起,引发了教育领域的巨大变革.人工智能技术在为教师教学提质增效的同时,也给教师发展带来了全新挑战,如教师的知识权威地位被撼动、师生关系中的教师角色面临转型.推动教师角色重塑,成为当前亟待完成的重要工作,应该从以下方面着眼:教师要基于ChatGPT带来的知识生产改革,扮演学生自主学习的"促进者";合理利用ChatG-PT数据采集功能,成为学生个性发展的"分析师";通过知识教学思维训练的创新,成为学生高阶思维的"培养者";基于全面育人的深层次需求,转变成学生道德的"引领者"与情感的"陪伴者";借助ChatGPT的远程通信技术打破时空壁垒,成为共享交流的"合作者".

The strong rise of ChatGPT has triggered a huge change in the field of education.While artificial intelligence technology improves the quali-ty and efficiency of teachers'teaching,it also brings brand-new challenges to teachers'development.Teachers'status as authority of knowledge has been shaken,and teachers'roles in the teacher-student relationship have to transform.Promoting the reinvention of teachers'roles has become an impor-tant task that needs to be accomplished urgently,and should be focused on the following aspects.Teachers should play the role of"facilitators"of students'independent learning based on the reform of knowledge production brought by ChatGPT;become"analysts"of the students'personality devel-opment by rationally using the data collection function of ChatGPT;become the"trainer"of students'higher-order thinking through the innovation in teaching of knowledge and training of thinking;become the moral"leaders"and emotional"companions"for students,based on the deep-rooted needs of comprehensive education;and become the"co-operator"in sharing and communication by using the remote communication technology of ChatGPT to break the time and space barriers.
